Q. There was an accident on property of the job i used to have. The brakes went out on the golf cart i was driving and i had no time to react. I hit a bench which two employees were sitting on. I immediately asked if they were alright. Keep in mind we are all friends. They said they were alright. One of the employees claimed that she was hurt. She reported the accident and everyone involved had to write reports. I was involuntarly discharge due to misconduct. This happened because I didnt report the accident and the employee filed a claim against the company, so i had to go. I am now having a hard time finding another job. I was with the company for over 2 yrs. When filling out applications I am putting what happened on it because there… [cont.]
